HÄRMÄLÄNRANTA PURSERI

In Tampere, Härmälänranta, a joint construction project will be initiated in cooperation with Rakentuva and LaRan engineering office. A condominium consisting of two three-apartment townhouses is being built close to nature and near Pyhäjärvi lake Härmälänranta Purseri. Rakentuva initiated the project and acts as the group building consultant. The established housing company acts as the constructor.

Unique log apartments in a townhouse

The housing company will have a total of six two-story, terraced apartments. The apartments are 100.5–101.5 m² in size and they will have a log structure. The block includes a shared courtyard and a log-built courtyard building, which will include a sauna, a club room, a bicycle/ski storage space and a parcel kiosk.

The urban block was designed by the successful, versatile and experienced innovative SAFA architect Jari Mäkimartti from Himla arkkitehdit Oy. The impressive design of the buildings incorporates elements from industrial architecture. The block will be implemented using energy-efficient and low-carbon construction methods.
