HYBRID CONSTRUCTION COMBINES WOOD, GLASS AND STEEL

Our ideology is based on the idea that anything is possible. We have developed our construction methods so as to be able to smoothly combine timber, other wooden structures, glass and steel.

Steel offers versatile possibilities in log construction. Among other things, steel increases the load-bearing capacity of the structure, which makes it possible to design hybrid houses with fewer pillars. We are the only Finnish log house manufacturer that specializes in hybrid houses.

HYBRID STRUCTURES MULTIPLY THE POSSIBILITIES OF WOOD CONSTRUCTION

Steel makes the impossible possible also in log construction. By using steel, the load-bearing capacity of a structure increases, meaning that fewer vertical pillars and posts that disturb the design are needed.

The combination of different construction methods in the same building is referred to as hybrid construction. It is one of our specialities. We are the only log house manufacturer in Finland that specialises in hybrid houses.
