Supercube is a great example of how thoughtful design allows a building to blend into the landscape as if it had always been there. This luxury log home was designed by architect Seppo Mäntylä. The house is full of stunning design details, and the lakeside sauna is in a league of its own, with benches built directly into the rock. Thanks to large HTWS windows and sliding glass doors, the boundary between indoors and outdoors fades, bringing nature up close. With its log walls, Supercube is a so-called hybrid house where wood, steel, and glass are combined in a unique way to create ecologically sustainable and healthy design living from Polar Life Haus.
