PLUSVILLA 60 AND 60+20

The Plusvilla 60 model is a compact villa with one or two bedrooms. Connected by the terrace, an approx. 20 m² sauna or guest house can be added to it under the same roof, in the same way as with other Plusvilla models. In this case, the 60 m2 villa increases to an entity with three bedrooms and a sauna. The covered terrace between the building elements operates as a sheltered outdoor living area.
