PLUSVILLA 130 AND 130+20

The new flagship model of the Plusvilla collection is approximately 150 m² in size with the sauna wing and about 130 m² without the sauna extension. The placement of the sauna extension can be used, where necessary, to close or open the atrium yard formed by the building. The basic model has three bedrooms. All bedrooms have space for a double bed, if necessary. The master bedroom is situated in its own peace and quiet at the end of the building, and it has its own walk-in wardrobe and bathroom.
