The smallest villa of the new Plusvilla collection has a size of approximately 105 m². The L-shaped floor plan provides shelter, for example, at a windy construction location, and it allows a private and sheltered outdoor living space to be created. A 20 m² sauna extension can be connected to the building, in which case the model is Plusvilla 125.
