PLUSVILLA 40 AND 40+20

Plusvilla 40 is the smallest model of the collection. It is packed with all the same features as the larger models. The living space’s size has been maximised, and depending on needs, one or two bedrooms can be added to it. By adding a sauna or guest house extension to the building, the model’s surface area is increased by 60 m². There can be up to three bedrooms.
