ENFOLD

The Enfold project is a fairly traditional layout in new wrapping, but also a little bit more of course. The building on two levels offers a large selection of variables and flexibility, where the two levels can be either completely separate, partly or fully integrated.

The barn bridge to the first floor offers the combined use as access and also as a terrace (on different levels if there is a difference in levels between outside and inside). It also offers a protected access to the ground level, here shown as access to a garage and technical area etc.

The opening on the side at ground level offers a possible access to another separate unit, covered access, also to utility areas and a carport.

The shown model indicates an separate apartment, annexe suite or combined with a home office/studio on the ground level.

The first floor is shown as a comfortable apartment or the building as a whole is one house or a combination with one to two apartments to rent out.

The wrapped shape provides a variation of private and more exposed rooms and zones to entertain different views or layers of privacy. The outdoor spaces are a combination of covered and exposed terraces all carefully laid out in the shaping of the building as a holistic vessel.
