VILLA SAIMAANHELMI

Villa Saimaanhelmi was presented at the Housing Fair in Mikkeli in 2017. This modern log house is the handiwork of Polar Life Haus’ Architect SAFA, Janne Kantee, and it has been implemented with Polar Life Haus’ own non-settling log structure.

The architecture of Villa Saimaanhelmi is streamlined and modern, and the floor plan solutions are clear and open. The house was designed with a highly active family with children in mind. The building’s highlight is its high ceiling living room, which bathes in light, and it brings the landscapes reaching out over Saimaa as part of the indoor premises. The parents’ bedroom is located upstairs, and its views extend over the high living room to the lake.
